I never managed to score one of these bad boys when WalMart supposedly had them.
It made my day to find it here, at what I consider an outstanding price.
It was shipped to me so rapidly that I thought the seller might have been my next-door neighbor, who just came across the street and tossed it onto my porch. It was here that quick, in mere days. And, that made me happy.

ordered two of these- one for myself, and 1 for my 17 yr old son. I carried a 110 when I was in high school, college, and after. Would still have it today (20 yrs later), except it was stolen. These are hand me down knives– truly something to pass on to your children. A must for any outdoorsman, and proof that America can still make great products.

My grandson collects knives and he really liked this one. Shipping was fast, price was reasonable and we are satisfied.

Having drawn my uncle’s name in this year’s christmas gift exchange, I was a little dismayed to see that all he asked for was knives. I don’t know anything about knives… but this looked okay and was in the price range I was supposed to follow, so hey! I bought it! Now that it’s here… the knife itself looks okay, I guess… but the plastic packaging surrounding it is all scraped and tarnished. I’m debating whether to take it out before I wrap it, but there’s a descriptive piece of paper in the plastic and I’m wondering whether it’ll look secondhand if I deliver it in just the tin.
The knife itself looks alright. There’s some dark greasy build-up around the hinge… I don’t know if it’s normal or not in a knife (I suppose you have to lubricate the hinge) and I’ll probably try to clean it up a little if I decide to take it out of plastic.
Overall, I guess it’s okay for the money- but the presentation is shoddy, so it might not be the greatest gift because it looks like it might be used.
Update-
Upon opening the plastic packaging, I was pleased to see that the knife was in good condition and is unused. *whew* I q-tipped the greasy hinge, gave it a little buff, and wrapped it in the tin. Looks fine.
