I think the knife itself is great. What I do not like is that Amazon put up the wrong picture for the CKSUR2. I did not get the right knife that was advertised in the picture. After some research I found out that Amazon put up the picture of the CKSUR1 and was advertising it as the CKSUR2. The label is right but, if you go off of the picture be prepared for a major disapointment because you will not get the right knife. I buy a lot of knives off of Amazon thanks to nutnfancy and noss so I want to write this review to warn anyone else who’s buying this knife to beware. So far my experience with Amazon was great and I haven’t had anything to say but, yesterday when my box came in I was disapointed to find the wrong knife. So here is my complaint, if you are advertising something for consumers to buy please, please, get the right picture up to represent it.
I’m sending the knife back for a full refund! I’ve already gone through the process online, all that is left is to take the box to the post office. Thank you Amazon for all the inconveniences.

Knife arrived promptly. Fairly good knife, but was smaller than I thought it would be.

After reading mixed reviews for this knife I decided to go ahead and try buying it. I’ve had it for 1.5 days. The first day I spent 2 hours giving it a good sharpening because it arrived extremely dull and it wouldn’t even break my skin. Today after 3 or 4 chops at a branch roughly 2 inches in diameter, the blade snapped clean off, came flying back at me, and nearly hit me in the face. It seems to me that there are two different qualities of knives being sold. Some customers said they received their’s razor sharp and it’s a great knife, and others like myself who receive a dull knife that breaks soon after use. I am going to call Smith and Wesson and attempt to get my money back and I am going to spend a little more money on another knife, but this time it’s going to be on good American steel.
