I have read quite a lot about knifes and I am quite fond of them. I have an interesting collection and this one has a nice place in it.
However, I have had sharper knifes in my drawers
I barely used it and it seems to loose it’s sharpness by itself, which I find quite surprizing.
As a plus, it is bigger than it looks in the picture.
